As a Wall Theory customer, if you decide not to keep your order, you can ship most products back to us.
Most products purchased from Wall Theory may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Any shipping and brokerage charges associated with the order will not be refunded.
Items exempt from being returned are RealCast products (as they are Special, Made to Order), Final Sales, some Sale Items, and Samples.
RETURN PROCESS
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be pre-authorized. If you would like to request a Return, simply complete the 'Contact Us' form that can be found on our 'Contact Us' page, letting us know the details.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee shipping times as we use 3rd party couriers. If you would like to cancel and return your order because of shipping delays, you will still be charged for any shipping and brokerage charges associated with the order and the return.
It is the customer’s responsibility to organize and pay for the return of the product to our warehouse. We recommend that returns are shipped via a trackable method. It is also the customer’s responsibility to track their order as Wall Theory is not responsible for the returned product until it has arrived in our warehouse and we have cleared it for damage. Any brokerage charges associated with the order will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued after the product has arrived in our warehouse and has been inspected for damage. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer as soon as the refund has been issued.
In the case that returned product is damaged, a photo and damage report will be emailed to the customer. No refunds will be issued for damaged product.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you notice any damage to your order upon delivery or once you open boxes, please contact us immediately by simply completing the 'Contact Us' form that can be found on our 'Contact Us' page.
Please take photos of any damage to the packaging and any affected product and email us WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT with photos and description of issue(s). After 48 hours, we are no longer able to process any claims.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All canceled orders will be refunded within 30 days of the order being canceled. This pertains to all orders, whether they have or have not shipped yet. If a credit card was used, there may be associated credit card processing fees, but that will only be with the customer's credit card company or bank. If your canceled order has already shipped, there will be associated shipping and brokerage charges.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund within 3 days there may be a delay. First check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the 'Contact Us' form that can be found on our 'Contact Us' page.
FINAL SALE (if applicable)
Unfortunately Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will fully replace items that are defective. Just contact us by simply completing the 'Contact Us" form that can be found on our 'Contact Us' page. We will require photos of the defective product(s). If the product arrives damaged, please do not sign for it or make sure that the delivery company notes the damage.
If you need to exchange item(s) because you've had a change of heart (want a different color, different product, etc), please contact us by simply completing the 'Contact Us' form that can be found on our 'Contact Us' page. If it's within 30 days from time of purchase, we will allow you to exchange the product at no charge.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and you will be charged fees to cover shipping back to you.
