What sizes do UrbanConcrete Faux Concrete panels come in?

UrbanConcrete Faux Concrete panels are available in two different sizes: a 24” x 48” panel & a 48” x 48” panel.
Are there different thicknesses of UrbanConcrete Faux Concrete panels?
Yes. The 24” x 48” UrbanConcrete panels come in two different thicknesses: a ½” thick panel & a 1” thick panel. The thinner, ½” panels offer a less expensive panel option and the lightest weight option. The ½” panels install using a shiplap install where panels are face-fastened. UrbanConcrete caulking is used to hide the screw heads in this type of install. The thicker, 1” panels have a tongue & groove design making them the easiest install option. Note that the 48” x 48” panels only come in one thickness: a 1” thick panel.
What material are UrbanConcrete panels made from?
UrbanConcrete Faux Concrete panels are made from high density polyurethane.
Are there thickness variations in UrbanConcrete Faux Concrete panels?
Yes, since the panels are polyurethane, they naturally will vary slightly in thickness, typically about 1/8” but sometimes more. This is due to the silicone molding process which is necessary with poly production, most often causing variation from the panel edges and the middle. UrbanConcrete will typically have these variations in thickness and also in panel detail and corner formation (such as slightly rounded corners in some panels). These variations are typically not an issue as they mimic the same variations and inconsistencies found in real poured concrete. But, if you have some joints where the thickness is causing too much of a difference between two adjacent panels, they can be buttered or furred out slightly with any backer.
Are the circles in UrbanConcrete used to add anchors?
They can be the location where screws/nails are placed when installing the panels, however they are strictly ornamental and no actual anchors need to be added. Note that all sizes and thicknesses of UrbanConcrete panels can be ordered with or without the anchor holes and this is denoted as Flat or Circle on the product page.
What kind of screws/nails do you use to install UrbanConcrete panels?
